1.Sample supply.

Q: How to pay for the sample cost?
A: We accept sample payment by Western Union and T/T.

Q: Do you offer sample or not, how to calculate the charge?
A: Only real buyer will get sample from us, sample charge will be 2-3 times than the normal price.

Q: Can you make the sample according to the customer’s requirement?
A:we will evaluate customer’s requirement and possibility in details first, if the condition and technology are positive, new sample with customer’s request will be offered for free, not including new mould, customer has to pay new mould which needs customizing.

Q: How long can the customer get the sample.
A: Sample usually will be delivered to customer in 2 days after confirming the payment.

Q: who will undertake the freight cost?
A: The buyer will undertake the freight cost.

2. Official order instructions.

Q: How can I judge the quality of mass production?
A: We can deliver several samples from the mass production for customer’s inspection before delivery for the whole cargo.

Q: Can you print the customer’s logo and company name on the packaging?
A: When customer reach the request of our MOQ (Minimum order quantity), this OEM service will be offered.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our payment term will be optional as T/T, L/C, Western Union.

Q: What is the Minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ will usually be 500pcs.

Q: What is the material of your product?
A: Customer will get a list of material which we will apply to the mass production, and they are optional according to customer’s different requests as well.

3. Transportation information.

Q: How to arrange transportation?
A: Transportation will be arranged according to business term between customer and Vinlay.

Q: What is the transportation way and leadtime.
A: Customer can decide the transportation way as their needs and leadtime will be strictly applied according to business contract.

4. After service.

Q: Do you offer any after service?
A: Vinlay customer service employee will focus and keep following up after service, customers are welcome to contact us for any problems of our products or service.
